It depends, you could replace a 13" wheel with a 14" wheel on your 2002 Pro 175 TX boat trailer. You may have to relocate the fenders of your boat trailer in order for the 14" wheels to work in place of the 13" wheels. For example, the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C, part # AM32156, has a an outer diameter of 26.3" with a width of 8.1". I have a solution for you, but you're not going to use the signals from the brakes. You'll want to use the reverse light circuit and the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036. Boat trailer lockouts are typically tied into the signal from the reverse light, so when the truck gets put in reverse it releases the brakes and allows you to back up. While you only need one of the etrailer Trailer Wheel Locks # 288-02020 to secure your husbands boat and kayak trailer you can use more than one on your trailer. Having more than one wheel lock makes it a harder task for anyone trying to take your trailer. This is especially helpful if your trailer has a spare since they cannot just remove the wheel and tire for the spare.

Technically yes, the BOLT Spare Tire Lock # BL5922986 will lock onto a boat trailer's spare tire and will hold up to possibly being submerged. The problem you will run into is the lock is designed to fit into the recessed well that you won't normally find on trailer wheels. If you use the lock on a wheel where the entire lock is exposed it would be fairly easy for a would-be thief to get to the lug nut and spin it off by hand.

The best way to find the correct wheel bearings that would need for your 1996 Load Right boat trailer is to pull off a wheel and hub off of your trailer and locate the numbers on your wheel bearing.

In order to add brakes to your trailer for your 2002 Skeeter Bass Boat, we will need to know what your trailer currently has. You will need to know the axle weight capacity. There is normally a plate or sticker on the axle that lists the weight capacity. If you are unable to find that, you can get the numbers from the bearing and seal to determine what size axle you have. Yes, it should be possible to upgrade your 1989 Calkins boat trailer with 6 bolt 15 inch wheel over to disc brakes from drum brakes.
